Pepper Distillery Tour
My friend and I took the Pepper Distillery Tour as a birthday celebration. The tour guides were very kind and friendly with a passion for the history of bourbon making. They did a fabulous job taking us to Woodford Reserve and Pepper Distillery. I loved how the two were connected in history and the stories that the tour guides provided made for a well-organized tour. Thank you, Stone Fences Tours!

Pepper Distillery Tour
My brother and I took the Distillery tour which went to two distilleries, Woodford Reserve and Barrel House distillery. The Pepper Distillery was not open to the public. The Woodford Reserve was the most interesting because of the complexity of the operations bigger operation although small. The Barrel House distillery is a small craft operation that made other spirits and not just bourbon. The tour operators were very informative along the drive providing tidbits of historical information about the local area. Stone Fences Tours are on my list for other tours they offer.

Notorious Lex Tour
Took the Notorious Lex Tour and found it to be a wonderful visit to the past. Would recommend it to anyone looking for interesting people and events from long ago. Jerry, our tour guide, was very friendly and accommodating. Never felt rushed. Made the day fun. Be prepared to walk quite a bit.

Jerry and Hope were fantastic guides, very much like practicing historians, full of information about local history, current events, American history, and many topics. The Ripy tour immediately caught my attention as a unique opportunity to visit a spectacular historic home and get a different insight into the local bourbon industry/history. The tour was relaxed, well-paced, well-organized, and had a personal touch. Would definitely sign up for another tour in the future!
