Help us celebrate the Festival of the Horse in Georgetown, KY by exploring the best of the Bluegrass. We will pick you and your group up at the Georgetown/Scott County Tourism office. Our first stop will be Old Friends Horse Farm. You will get an opportunity to see these beautiful retired legends of the thoroughbred industry up close. Our second stop will be at central Kentucky’s favorite brewery, Country Boy Brewing. You will get a behind the scenes tour of one of Kentucky’s top breweries and a flight of their delicious craft beers. We will then have lunch at one of Georgetown’s Kentucky Proud restaurants and enjoy the local fare. Our last stop will be at Georgetown’s craft bourbon distillery, Bourbon Thirty. You will get a tour and an opportunity to ask questions of owner Jeff Mattingly and taste their spirits. Add on options at Bourbon Thirty include, a barrel tasting, and barrel tasting and bottling your own bourbon selection(to be paid separately at Bourbon Thirty). We will then drop you back off at the Georgetown/Scott County Tourism office to take in the rest of the festival.
